Lambrini Girls have announced their spring 2027 North American tour in support of their forthcoming album, No Refunds, and unleashed a pair of singles, “The Basement” and “Split.”
The 13-date run starts March 25th at Washington, D.C.’s 9:30 Club. The English punk duo hit Boston, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Seattle as well as other cities. The tour comes to a close April 14th in Portland, Oregon, at Crystal Ballroom.
Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster and the band’s official website on Friday, October 23rd.
With the tour announcement, Lambrini Girls released the furious single “The Basement” that lambasts internet chauvinist circles. The band described the song as the story of “a sad little man who gets radicalised by the manosphere” through their “sharp, darkly comic dissection of modern political culture, channeling their trademark confrontational energy.”
“Split” offers a different energy from the band. The fully acoustic track is vulnerable and confessional, confronting with “unflinching honesty” alcohol dependency. “It was exciting and challenging to do something that’s so different to the rest of the album and what we do in general, but to make it as powerful in its own way,” bassist Selin Macieira said in a statement.
