Dinosaur Jr. have announced they are extending their North American tour into 2027 alongside the release of their new album, There Near.
The new string of dates begins February 11th with a two-night run at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, New York, followed by stops in cities including Philadelphia, Orlando, Nashville, Chicago, Toronto, and Boston. Starcrawler will support on select dates.

There Near arrives as Dinosaur Jr.’s 13th album and their first since 2021’s Sweep It into Space. The core trio of J Mascis, Murph, and Lou Barlow recorded the LP over a year’s time at Bisquiteen Studio in Amherst, Massachusetts. Mascis played most of the album on a ’70s Mesa Boogie MK 1 amp used by Chris Dixon on their debut effort.
