Band Lineup Changes
Sid Wilson joined the masked metal act in 1998, and had been a member ever since. He is the latest classic member to be let go from the band, following percussionist Chris Fehn in 2019 and sampler-keyboardist Craig Jones in 2023.
Prior to those personnel changes, Slipknot let go of founding drummer Joey Jordison in 2013 (he later passed away in 2021). And tragically, founding bassist Paul Gray died in 2010 while he was still an active member of the band.
