Megadeth Sets Spring 2027 UK European Farewell Tour Dates

Megadeth have announced “Breakout: Hibernation of the Nations,” a Spring 2027 UK/European leg of their ongoing farewell tour. The outing features strong support from Black Label Society and Testament.

Tour Dates and Details

The tour kicks off March 9th in Belfast, Ireland, passing through Paris, Oslo, Berlin, and Milan before winding down in Lisbon on April 13th.

A pre-sale begins for Megadeth’s Cyber Army fan club on Tuesday, August 4th, with an artist presale to begin on Wednesday, August 5th, and general sale launching Friday, August 7th, all via Ticketmaster.

While this is part of Megadeth’s farewell tour, frontman Dave Mustaine has said in the past that he intends for the goodbye outing to run three to five years to make sure every fan over the globe gets to see the group before their final bow.

Upcoming Tour Legs

Later this month, Megadeth join fellow Big Four thrashers Anthrax as part of Iron Maiden’s “Run For Your Lives” North American tour.

Megadeth, the self-titled and final album from the legendary Big Four thrash group, was the band’s first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200. Meanwhile, Black Label Society are touring behind their most recent album, Engines of Demolition, which came out in March, and Testament are touring in-support of their newest studio LP, Para Bellum, which was released late last year.
