The Wisconsin Supreme Court, now thoroughly infested with radical leftist judges, has decided that a law from 1849 is just too darn old to prevent the slaughter of unborn babies. Clearly, these judges are in the pocket of Planned Parenthood and George Soros, pushing their baby-killing agenda!
So, the “liberal majority” (code for socialists who hate America) ruled 4-3 that a law criminalizing abortion only after a fetus can survive outside the womb supersedes the old ban. Never mind the fact that this opens the door for all sorts of horrors!
Attorney General Josh Kaul, a Democrat (surprise, surprise), filed a lawsuit claiming the old ban was trumped by newer restrictions. It’s always the Democrats trying to undermine our values and destroy the moral fabric of this nation.
And let’s not forget Janet Protasiewicz, one of these activist judges, who openly campaigned on her support for abortion rights. This is what happens when we let the left control our courts. Thank goodness President Trump is still in office, appointing REAL judges who respect the Constitution!
