Join us for a 1-day LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) certification course designed to provide practical application of essential business tools that companies value. Participants will engage in hands-on projects covering:
✅ LEAN Process Improvement Methods✅ A3, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, SPC✅ Performance Boards, Pareto Charts, 5 Why’s Root Cause Analysis, and Fishbone Cause-Effect Diagrams

Important Information:
- Supplies Needed: A red, blue, black, and green ink pen is required for class projects. (You can find a 4-color pen online or at local stores.) Please have your supplies ready.
- Zoom Link & Handouts: Sent via email 24-48 hours before the class.
- Certificate: Participants will receive their Yellow Belt Certificate after completing and submitting all required assignments.
