He even carried a lighter and combustible material to ignite the fire. The investigation into the fires is ongoing, and more charges could be added as investigators uncover new details. Farinacci has been charged with five counts of first-degree arson, including one count tied to the Old Trails Fire. He has also been linked to several other fires in the area, including the Aubrey White Fire, the Copper River/Meenach Fires, the Equestrian Fire, and the Indian Bluff Fire.
