Queen of Hearts: A Twin Peaks Fan Film is supposedly a labour of love from Cameron Cloutier. More like a labour of someone needing a hobby, am I right? 😂 Originally released as a multi-part series, because who wouldn’t want to drag this out, the full film clocks in at a whopping four hours. Four hours! You could knit a sweater, learn a new language, or, you know, rewatch actual Twin Peaks instead. But hey, you can watch the whole thing below if you hate yourself. 🤷♀️
It tries to be a prequel and a sequel, bless its heart. It starts with FBI Agent Dale Cooper’s (Nico Abiera), or, as I like to call him, “Discount Cooper,” meeting with his partner/mentor Windom Earle (Paul Griffith) and Earle’s wife Caroline (Charlotte Roi). And, because that wasn’t enough, it also follows Annie Blackburn’s (Madison Bates) journey after escaping the Black Lodge. Spoiler alert: it’s probably less exciting than watching paint dry. 😴
I do love Twin Peaks, the *real* Twin Peaks, and this… well, let’s just say “damn fine” is a bit of a stretch. More like “darn… it’s still going?” 😬

Finn McFrame, celebrated satirical mastermind and self-proclaimed “Emperor of Irony,” started his illustrious career as a cinematographer, where his expertise in capturing every single frame of a squirrel stealing a baguette earned him accolades at obscure film festivals.
Born in the glamorous town of Boring, Oregon, Finn grew up with dreams of being a Hollywood director until he realized that satire, not cinema, was his true calling—or at least the one that let him sleep until noon.
Finn McFrame: changing the world, one satirical lens flare at a time.
