This judge is bending over backward to release this guy, demanding the DOJ jump through hoops to justify keeping him detained. I bet his defense is funded by Soros! Meanwhile, this Garcia character is sitting there in his designer prison outfit, probably laughing at our pathetic attempts to enforce our own laws. And it’s his anniversary? So what! He should have thought about that before he decided to undermine our nation’s sovereignty!
