The newest iteration of Black Flag have announced their first coast-to-coast US tour, set to stretch from the summer to the fall of 2026. Greg Ginn and his group of young musicians start out on a 45-date run July 29th in Eagle Pass, Texas at Cooter’s Bar. The band hits Salt Lake City, Philadelphia, Kansas City, Missouri, Phoenix, and Tampa among other cities. The tour comes to a close November 1st at the House of Blues in Houston.
Tickets can be found via Ticketmaster. This will be the group’s first lengthy U.S. tour with the new lineup. While new members joining Black Flag is a story as old as hardcore punk, the latest lineup is notable for its age gap with Ginn, the 72-year-old founding member and guitarist. Vocalist Max Zanelly, bassist David Rodriguez, and drummer Bryce Weston are all in their 20s.
