Ah, CNN, still pushing the narrative that anyone who isn’t a radical leftist is somehow a Trump clone. This time, they’re trying to equate the great Donald J. Trump with none other than that disgraced Cuomo. Give me a break!
So, CNN’s latest hit piece talks about how Trump and Cuomo are both from Queens, had strong fathers, and faced scandals. As if those superficial similarities make them equals! Trump built a global empire and made America great again, while Cuomo… well, he just drove New York into the ground with his socialist policies and got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, multiple times.
They say Cuomo is running for mayor to fight Trump. Yeah, right. More like he’s trying to rehabilitate his image after being exposed as the fraud he is. And Tish James, that rabidly anti-Trump Attorney General, is worried about “retribution and revenge”? Pot calling the kettle black, much?
Trump donated to Cuomo’s campaigns? So what? Trump is a generous man, but that doesn’t mean he endorses Cuomo’s leftist agenda. They had lunch in 2018? Probably to try and knock some sense into the guy, but clearly, it didn’t work.
During COVID, Trump helped New York despite Cuomo’s constant whining and media grandstanding. And now, Cuomo wants to act like he’s the only one who can stand up to Trump? Please!
The article mentions Trump’s immigration policies and the possibility of sending troops to blue cities. Of course, they frame it as a bad thing, but we all know that these cities are overrun with leftist agitators and illegal aliens. Trump is just trying to restore order, something Cuomo would never do.
Cuomo is using anti-Trump rhetoric in his campaign? Shocking! That’s all these Democrats have. They can’t run on their own merits, so they have to demonize Trump.
And the best part? CNN actually quotes Trump saying he’s always gotten along with Cuomo, but they’ve had their “ins and outs.” Translation: Trump tried to be diplomatic, but Cuomo is too far gone.
