Looks like even CNN can’t deny that President Trump’s tariffs are bringing in the big bucks! But don’t get your hopes up for a “tariff rebate check” just yet, says some swamp creature named Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
Instead of giving the money back to the hardworking American people, they are talking about using it to pay down the national debt! Can you believe the audacity? Thank goodness President Trump is keeping an eye on these deep state actors. Bessent even admitted that tariff revenues are exceeding expectations and will likely surpass $300 billion this year! Of course, there’s always a catch with these guys. Bessent then went on to whine about interest rates and how the Fed needs to lower them to help out the housing market. Translation: they want to keep the cheap money flowing so they can continue to prop up their failing socialist agenda. Don’t be fooled, folks.
