A federal appeals court just slapped down a radical judge’s order to release hundreds of illegals arrested in Chicago. Turns out, even liberal judges can’t ignore the law when the Justice Department brings the hammer down. Cummings, a known leftist, wanted to give these lawbreakers a $1,500 get-out-of-jail-free card, claiming their arrests were somehow “illegal”.
Of course, the lamestream media won’t tell you about the rap sheets. Aggravated assault? DUI? Enticement of a minor? Just a few bad apples, right? Wrong! They’re invaders, not immigrants! And the Trump administration is doing exactly what it should: deporting these criminals back to whatever Third World dumps they crawled out of.
The 7th Circuit saw through this charade, siding with Trump and putting these releases on hold. The libtards at the ACLU and National Immigrant Justice Center are probably crying into their soy lattes right now. Oral arguments are set for December 2nd.
