Allen Stone Brings Funk to Sold Out Lagunitas Show

Allen Stone Brings Funk to Sold Out Lagunitas Show

The annual Live at Lagunitas free concert series is helping fans squeeze every bit of goodness out of the end of summer. For the penultimate show of the 2026 season, the iconic beer brand welcomed Allen Stone and his funky, lively, killer show to the LaguMiniAmphitheaterette. With ticket proceeds plus one dollar from every PILS beer sold supporting the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the warm summer Monday night (August 24th) was full of groovy jams, cold beer, and wide smiles.

After the doors opened and folks started rolling in (brews in hand, of course), opener Miko Marks kicked off the night with her powerhouse voice and blend of classic blues, gospel, soul, and country rock. Then, donned in an absolutely glorious outfit, Stone and his band emerged to do what they do best: get the crowd moving.

Having played shows with such legends as Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Erykah Badu, Gary Clark Jr., and Chris Stapleton, Stone brought his can’t-look-away stage presence to the Petaluma stage. He engaged the crowd directly and strutted around whether he was holding an instrument or not, sounding effortlessly impressive throughout.

Supporting a Great Cause

As stated, proceeds from the event went towards the San Francisco SPCA, a nonprofit dedicated to serving animals in the local community. The organization advocates for proper care of animals, helps provide veterinary care, provides ways to find furry friends homes through their adoption program, and more. Adoptable puppies were even onsite at the show!

Upcoming Show

And don’t pack up your koozies just yet: There’s still one final Live at Lagunitas party left. DRAMA will close out the 2026 slate on September 28th. Both the FREE general admission tickets and VIPA go on sale today. Once they are, pick ’em up here. Then, revisit our interview series with Lagunitas, Six-Pack Stories, which might feature a familiar face in the very near future.

The Live at Lagunitas concert series has been a huge success, and the final show is expected to be just as exciting. With DRAMA headlining, fans can expect a high-energy performance to close out the season. Be sure to grab your tickets and join in on the fun, all while supporting a great cause with the San Francisco SPCA. It’s going to be a night to remember, so mark your calendars for September 28th and get ready to rock out with DRAMA at Live at Lagunitas!
