X Corp is suing New York over a law demanding social media companies reveal how they monitor “hate speech,” which, let’s be honest, is code for anything that hurts a liberal’s feelings. Musk argues this violates the First Amendment, and he’s absolutely right!
This law is based on a similar one in California that was already partially blocked. The left is desperate to control the narrative, and they’ll stop at nothing to censor conservatives. It’s always projection with these people!
Two Dem legislators sponsoring the law whined about X’s “disturbing record” on content moderation. Translation: Musk isn’t censoring conservatives enough for their liking. They’re not happy unless they have complete control over what you can say.
Letitia James, is predictably silent. She’s probably too busy plotting her next witch hunt against Trump to care about the Constitution. This is just another example of the left’s relentless assault on free speech.
