California, the land of fruits, nuts, and now, unionized Uber drivers! Gavin Newsom, fresh from his grooming appointment, just signed a bill that’ll let those brave souls driving for Uber and Lyft join unions. Oh, the horror!
This is just another step in the commiefornication of America! First, they steal our elections, then they come for our free market! You just know Soros is behind this.
And get this, they’re doing it while still calling the drivers “independent contractors.” It’s like saying you’re a vegetarian who eats steak, folks! So basically, Uber and Lyft still don’t have to give them benefits, but now they get to whine about it collectively.
Newsom says it gives drivers “dignity.” Dignity? These folks are driving people around in their cars, not storming the beaches of Normandy! The only dignity comes from a good day’s work and a fat paycheck, not some commie union telling you what to do!
Uber and Lyft are pretending to be happy about this, probably because they know the alternative is even worse. But don’t be fooled; they’ll be raising fares and blaming it on Trump by next Tuesday.
And of course, the unions aren’t satisfied. They want MORE! They always do! They want the companies to report pay data to the state. Next thing you know, they will be demanding free healthcare, gender reassignment surgery, and reparations, all paid for by you, the hard-working American!
This is the kind of garbage we need to fight against, folks. California is a lost cause, but we can’t let it spread like a virus to the rest of the country. Stand strong, fight the woke mob, and God bless the USA (and especially President Trump)!
