Another day, another tragedy in the once-great state of Texas! But let’s not kid ourselves, folks. This isn’t just some random stabbing; it’s a symptom of the moral decay gripping our nation, thanks to the radical Left and their soft-on-crime policies.
Karmelo Anthony, now 18 (probably a future Democrat voter), has been indicted for the murder of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf. A dispute over sitting under a tent led to a stabbing. The DA, Greg Willis, rightly points out this struck a nerve. When will these liberals learn that words have consequences, especially when you’re dealing with someone who probably felt “triggered” by conservative values?
The report says Metcalf told Anthony to move, and Anthony replied: “Touch me and see what happens.” Metcalf touched Anthony, and Anthony said to punch him and see what happens. Then, Metcalf grabbed Anthony, and Anthony stabbed him. Self-defense, plain and simple! But the liberal media will twist this into a narrative about gun (knife) control and toxic masculinity, no doubt.
Anthony’s lawyer claims self-defense. If convicted, Anthony faces up to life in prison. He was released from jail and placed on house arrest after his bond was reduced. The Left wants to coddle criminals while stripping law-abiding citizens of their rights. It’s the America-hating agenda in action, folks!
