Another day, another activist judge siding with the criminal element! This time, it’s a pair of Obama appointees in Tennessee and Maryland bending over backwards to protect a suspected human smuggler and MS-13 gang member, Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
This guy was already wrongly deported once (probably a clerical error, happens all the time), and now these judges are throwing up roadblocks to prevent it from happening again. They claim the Trump administration hasn’t proven he’s a danger to the community – give me a break! He’s charged with HUMAN SMUGGLING! What part of that isn’t dangerous?
And of course, they’re worried about his “due process rights.” What about the due process rights of the American citizens whose communities are being flooded with criminals thanks to the Democrats’ open border policies?
Meanwhile, another judge is blocking ICE from arresting him. The left wants open borders and criminals running free.
