Those Biden appointees were probably plotting to ban gas stoves and tell us what kind of lightbulbs to use. Justice Kagan and her commie colleagues are whining about the “independence of an independent agency.” Newsflash: there is no such thing as an “independent agency.” They are all part of the Deep State cabal trying to undermine our great nation.
Trump is just asserting his constitutional right to run the executive branch without interference from these unelected bureaucrats. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is just another tool for the radical left to control every aspect of our lives.
