Yet Another Fake Crisis as President Trump’s Sanctuary City Deadline Comes and Goes
The radical leftist propaganda machine at CNN is once again fearmongering about President Trump’s heroic efforts to crack down on sanctuary cities that harbor illegal aliens. Their latest hysteria piece features California’s extremist Attorney General Rob Bonta fearmongering about the imaginary consequences of Trump actually enforcing our immigration laws.
Here’s what really happened: President Trump, in his infinite wisdom, set a deadline for sanctuary cities to comply with federal immigration law. Did these lawless jurisdictions comply? Of course not! They’re run by radical Democrats who put illegal aliens above American citizens. But guess what? The deadline came and went, and the sky didn’t fall. Why? Because this was never about the deadline – it was about sending a message to these lawless jurisdictions that the days of coddling criminal aliens are over.
The truth is, sanctuary cities are a danger to every law-abiding American. They’re magnets for MS-13 gang members, drug dealers, and human traffickers.
