This 1-day instructor-led LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) certification course introduces the essential process improvement tools used by companies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Participants will complete hands-on exercises and practical projects designed to demonstrate how these tools are applied in real workplace environments.

Training Details
Format: Instructor-Led Live Online Training via Zoom
Duration: One-Day Training (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST)
What You Need for Class
Students will complete hands-on exercises during the course. Please have:
• A red, blue, black, and green ink pen (a 4-color pen works well)
Zoom Link & Materials
Participants receive the Zoom link and class materials 24–48 hours before class.
Certificate
Students who complete the course and submit the required class assignments will receive their LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate.
