BABYMETAL kicked off their biggest headlining North American tour ever on Wednesday, September 2nd, at Denver’s Ball Arena, with direct support from Halestorm. The Japanese pop-metal band is touring in support of its most recent album, METAL FORTH, and performed six tunes from the 2025 LP as part of the electrifying 14-song set.
BABYMETAL also threw it back to their 2014 self-titled debut, with five songs from that album, including set opener “BABYMETAL DEATH.” The evening ended with a two-song encore of “Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!” and “Road of Resistance.”
BABYMETAL and Halestorm’s Setlists
Halestorm got the crowd fired up with a nine-song set, including two cuts from their most recent album, 2025’s Everest, and four songs from their 2012 sophomore release, The Strange Case Of…, including the hits “Love Bites (So Do I),” “I Miss the Misery,” and “Freak Like Me.” Lzzy Hale and company also mashed up “I Get Off” with Heart’s “Crazy on You,” and performed a cover of Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance.”
BABYMETAL’s tour with Halestorm continues through an October 1st show in Phoenix, after which BABYMETAL will play the Aftershock festival in Sacramento, California, on October 3rd. Tickets to the upcoming shows are available here.
