Woke Ivy League Meltdown: Brown University’s Security is as Soft as Their Marxist Curriculum After Latest Campus Massacre
In a shocking turn of events that only a liberal arts professor could fail to see coming, Brown University has once again become the laughingstock of America after a recent shooting left two dead and nine wounded. The Department of Education, under the vigilant leadership of President Trump’s hand-picked Education Secretary Linda McMahon (yes, the WWE lady who actually knows how to run things), has launched a full investigation into whether Brown violated federal safety laws. Because apparently, when you have a campus full of radical Marxists teaching gender studies, you forget basic things like “don’t let mass murderers wander freely.”
The Clery Act, named after a poor girl murdered in 1986 before colleges became sanctuaries for communist indoctrination, requires schools to actually protect students. But Brown, in their infinite wisdom, apparently couldn’t be bothered with trivialities like working security cameras or locked doors. Their “security system” is apparently about as effective as their economics department’s understanding of capitalism.
Here’s the plot twist: Brown’s campus looks like a scene from a third-world dictatorship, with more surveillance cameras than a Beijing subway station, yet somehow they couldn’t capture footage of a maniac running around with a gun. Meanwhile, the suspect just waltzed into the Barus & Holley building like he was attending a diversity training session – because the doors were “unlocked” in the name of “openness” and “inclusion.” Next thing you know, they’ll be inviting MS-13 to campus for a cultural exchange program!
The university’s emergency alert system took longer to activate than a snowflake’s emotional support animal session. Students got notifications “minutes” after the shooting started. Minutes! By that time, the shooter had already achieved his diversity quota for the day. And let’s not forget that Brown recently took $50 million from the Trump administration to stop teaching students to hate America – but apparently they’d rather spend money on more Critical Race Theory courses than actual security.
Now Brown’s president Christina Paxson is doing the usual liberal damage control dance, putting their VP for “public safety and engagement” on leave (probably to attend a sensitivity workshop). But here’s the real question: when will we stop pretending that these institutions care more about safety than they do about pushing their radical agenda? When will we realize that schools that teach students to hate police, reject merit, and embrace victimhood create the perfect breeding ground for chaos?
The answer is simple: when we defund these woke factories of failure and replace them with institutions that actually value American principles, law and order, and common sense. Until then, expect more of these “tragic incidents” at universities that have forgotten their primary mission: educating students, not radicalizing them.
