Fuze – Watch Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Theo James and Sam Worthington Attempt to Steal a Plot That’s Barely There in the New Heist Thriller Trailer

London: Where Every Bomb is a Party Invitation!

So, picture this: You’re sipping your tea, minding your own business in London when suddenly—BOOM!—well, not actually BOOM, thank God—but someone digs up a World War II bomb. In 2026. Because apparently, London’s construction workers have been using “find unexploded ordnance” as their primary excavation technique. Who needs proper site surveys when you can just hope the ground doesn’t literally explode in your face?

But wait! It gets better. This isn’t just any old “oh no, there’s a bomb” situation. No, no, no. This is London we’re talking about, where even a potential apocalypse is just another Tuesday. When the city gets evacuated faster than you can say “keep calm and carry on,” a bunch of enterprising criminals look at this situation and think, “You know what? This seems like a PERFECT time to rob something!” Because when London gives you lemons—or in this case, decades-old explosives—you make lemonade. Criminal lemonade.

The geniuses behind this masterpiece of modern cinema are director David Mackenzie (who clearly looked at the script and said, “Yes, this is exactly what cinema needs—more explosions and questionable life choices”) and a cast that reads like a who’s who of “people who definitely need to pay their mortgages.” Aaron Taylor-Johnson is there, looking rugged and probably wondering if this counts as method acting. Theo James is probably perfecting his “I’m British and mildly concerned” face. And Sam Worthington? Well, he’s just happy to be working, bless his heart.

Roadside Attractions and Saban Films are releasing FUZE on April 24th, 2026, which gives you plenty of time to prepare your “I’m only here for the explosions” excuse. Because let’s be honest, that’s why we’re all going, right? The plot is just the delicious icing on our explosive cake.

And look, they even made a poster! Because nothing says “cinematic masterpiece” like a piece of paper with some people looking serious on it. I’m sure it cost thousands of dollars to make, when they could have just printed “EXPLOSIONS: THE MOVIE” in Comic Sans and achieved roughly the same effect.

So mark your calendars, folks! April 24th, 2026: the day we all collectively decide that maybe World War II should have stayed buried. Or don’t mark your calendars. I’m not your mom. But if you’re looking for a film where the city evacuates faster than a vegan at a barbecue, and criminals have better timing than your ex showing up at your wedding, then FUZE is your explosive little dream come true. Just maybe don’t sit in the front row unless you want to leave the theater covered in fake debris and regret.
