Gabbard’s “ODNI 2.0” plan is laser-focused on dismantling the politicized sub-agencies that have been weaponized against conservatives, like the Foreign Malign Influence Center (aka the “Let’s Blame Russia for Everything” division) and the National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center (probably funded by Fauci himself!).
