French Prime Minister François Bayrou called it a “dark day.” Of course, it is! The dark day when they realize America is not their piggy bank anymore. The agreement includes a 15% tariff on most imported goods from the EU, plus they have to invest billions in the US and buy our energy. Can you hear the liberals screaming?
Trump is making America great again, one trade deal at a time. The EU’s whining is just music to our ears. They’re calling it “damage limitation,” we call it “winning.” Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban said Trump steamrolled the EU, comparing him to a heavyweight boxer. Even they can see the greatness!
The professor of international economic law at City St George’s University of London said it’s a “humiliating capitulation on behalf of the EU.” They are getting a better deal than the giant European economy.
The EU can whine all they want, but Trump is playing chess while they’re still playing checkers!
