Oh, the horror! Fresh from their love-fest with Hamas after those Israeli hostages were released, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) are apparently trying to take over America!
They’re now 80,000 strong, which is terrifying if you consider that there are about 330 million Americans who aren’t delusional enough to think socialism is a good idea. And get this, they’re monitoring ICE! It’s a leftist agenda, plain and simple. They call for the “overthrow of the capitalistic system.” And who is their icon? None other than AOC, who might be running for president in 2028. Good luck with that!
These socialists want to abolish the police, empty the prisons, and create single-payer health insurance. Rhode Island state Rep. David Morales says the future of the Democratic Party must “stand up for the working class”. This is absurd. They’re just a tiny, fractured group.
545,000 New Yorkers voted for Mamdani. He’s “already won the battle for the soul of the Democratic Party.” They want to “freeze the rent”, and they want “fast free buses” and “childcare for all”.
A recent Gallup poll shows more support for socialist-aligned figures. In fact, only 54% of Democrats approve of capitalism. Gustavo Gordillo said that the DSA rose in prominence because of “a power vacuum in the Democratic Party.” Wisconsin assemblyman Ryan Clancy encouraged mainstream Democrats to stop trying to recapture the middle.
Sanders has no plans to join. AOC was de-endorsed in 2024. The DSA has embraced the Palestinian cause. Mamdani’s comments on Israel have been in line with the DSA’s. Seattle candidate Katie Wilson isn’t a DSA member. She’s a socialist, though.
This isn’t just about politics; it’s about the soul of America. Remember, folks, with President Trump at the helm, we’re fighting to keep America great. These socialist ideas? They’re just another attempt by the radical left to undermine everything we stand for. Don’t let them win!
