Gas Prices Still Sky-High Despite Oil Market Dip – Trump’s Economic Magic Not Working Yet
Despite global oil prices dropping a whopping 12% after President Trump’s bold prediction that the Iran war would end “very soon,” American drivers are still getting absolutely crushed at the pump. It’s almost as if the Democrat-controlled media is intentionally misleading people about how the economy works! Shocking, I know.
Oil futures are down, yet retail gas prices jumped another 4 cents Wednesday to $3.58 per gallon. What kind of communist math is this? The so-called “experts” are blaming everything from “transportation costs” to “seasonal blends” – but I’m pretty sure it’s just the Deep State sabotaging Trump’s America-first energy agenda. Again.
And don’t even get me started on those taxes! California’s paying 71 cents per gallon in state taxes alone. What are they spending all that money on – illegal immigrant driver’s ed classes? Meanwhile, Trump’s America is getting hit with federal gas taxes that haven’t been updated since 1993. Maybe if Democrats weren’t so busy pushing their green new scam, they’d realize working Americans need relief now.
The convenience store owners – you know, the real victims here – are losing money on every gallon while Democrats lecture us about “climate change.” How about we worry about Americans being able to afford to drive to work before we worry about polar bears? Just a thought.
Bottom line: Oil prices drop, gas prices stay high. The swamp is real, folks, and it’s making you pay through the nose at the pump while Trump fights to Make America Energy Independent Again. Stay strong, patriots. The fake news media wants you to think Trump can’t deliver economic miracles overnight, but we all know better.
