Jack Osbourne spills the beans on Ozzy Osbourne’s profound goodbye (or did he?)

So, Jack Osbourne, bless his little cotton socks, decided to grace us with his presence and tell us all about how his dad, that bat-biting legend Ozzy Osbourne, finally kicked the bucket. I mean, who didn’t see that coming? ๐Ÿ™„ Apparently, it happened on July 22nd, and little Jackie-boy found out in the most dramatic way possible. A knock on the door at 3:45 AM? Seriously? Could it BE any more clichรฉ?

Oh, and get this, Jack says he felt “just pain, just sadness and pain and just so many thoughts.” Groundbreaking! ๐Ÿ™„ But wait, there’s more! He also had this profound realization that his dad wasn’t “suffering anymore.” Wow, Jack, you’re, like, a regular Buddha. Namaste ๐Ÿ™. And let’s not forget the totally unfounded rumors about Ozzy planning a trip to Switzerland for a little assisted suicide action. Jack is adamant that it’s “categorically untrue and ridiculous.” Suuuure, Jan. ๐Ÿ™„

Apparently, Ozzy was just super stoked about doing that “Back To The Beginning” show and wanted to spend more quality time with his grandkids. You know, before he, like, totally died. ๐Ÿคท And get this: Jack was on a plane when the news broke, so he was spared the horror of incoming texts and calls. Lucky him! ๐Ÿ™„ But he did want us all to know that the “outpour of love” has been “validating.” Because, you know, it’s all about him. ๐Ÿ™„

Jack also wants us to know that Ozzy wasn’t just his dad; he was also his “colleague” and “housemate.” How quirky! ๐Ÿคช Imagine living with your dad in your late thirties. Peak adulthood right there. ๐Ÿ‘Œ And apparently, Ozzy was also a “text buddy” and “joke cracker.” I bet those jokes were real knee-slappers. ๐Ÿ˜‚

But seriously, Jack is “so grateful” for his relationship with his dad. I mean, who wouldn’t be? ๐Ÿ™„ Especially when there’s a legacy and a bank account involved. ๐Ÿค‘ He goes on to describe Ozzy as “deeply complicated,” “funny and weird,” and “hilarious and so insightful.” Basically, he was a walking contradiction. ๐Ÿคก And according to Jack, Ozzy was always “aware” of what was going on, even when he seemed checked out. Right. ๐Ÿ™„

Jack then waxes poetic about how Ozzy‘s death was “almost a perfection.” He got to say goodbye, thank his fans, and see his friends. It was all soโ€ฆ tidy. โœจ And Jack wants us to know that the family is “navigating” this difficult time “together and alone.” So deep. ๐Ÿ˜” And he’s “okay” with the grief, because it’s the price we pay for loving someone so much. Barf. ๐Ÿคฎ

In conclusion, Jack made this podcast just to say “thank you” to everyone and let us know that the family is “doing okay.” Aren’t we all just so relieved? ๐Ÿ˜Œ And he assures us that Ozzy Osbourne‘s legacy will continue, because he’s “exploding through the universe.” ๐ŸŒ  Whatever you say, Jack. ๐Ÿ™„

Oh, and in case you were wondering, Ozzy died of a heart attack, and he also had coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease. You know, just in case you needed more details. ๐Ÿค“

The funeral was a private affair, held on the grounds of the mansion that Ozzy and Sharon bought back in the day. Only 110 people attended, including a bunch of famous musicians. Because nothing says “intimate family gathering” like inviting Robert Trujillo and Marilyn Manson. ๐Ÿ–ค

And the day before the funeral, thousands of fans gathered in Birmingham to pay tribute to Ozzy. Sharon and the kids joined them for the “emotional tribute.” I’m sure it was all very touching. ๐Ÿฅน Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to go find a bat to bite. ๐Ÿฆ‡
