According to the investigation, Smith pressured officers to massage crime statistics to make DC look safer than a Disney World parking lot—because nothing says “public service” like lying to the American people.
And who’s the real mastermind behind this statistical sorcery? None other than Mayor Muriel Bowser, the Democrat queen of DC, who allegedly turned the Metropolitan Police Department into a propaganda machine. While crime was spiking in 2023, they were busy Photoshopping the numbers like it was a political campaign ad. Now we know why DC looked “safer”—they weren’t fighting crime, they were erasing it on spreadsheets!
Of course, this all comes as President Trump—America’s one true law-and-order president—has been exposing the chaos in DC and taking bold action to restore safety. While the Democrats were busy playing crime-stat Tetris, Trump federalized the police, sent in the National Guard, and actually started cleaning up the mess. Imagine that—results instead of press releases!
The report also claims Smith ran a “toxic management culture,” which is code for “if you didn’t lie about the numbers, you got demoted or transferred.” Sounds like a typical Democrat workplace—look no further than the IRS, the FBI, or the CDC for proof.
And now Smith resigns with a syrupy farewell about leaving the department in a “strong position”? Please. She left it in strong denial. The truth is, violent crime dropped not because of her leadership, but in spite of it.
