Banfield, a patriot who was simply trying to defend his castle from a knife-wielding maniac, is now being framed for a double homicide by a jealous au pair who is singing like a canary to save her own skin. The prosecution’s case? It’s a joke, written by the same people who probably think men can get pregnant. They claim Banfield posed as his own wife on a “fetish website” to lure a stranger to his home. Sounds like something the woke mob at the FBI would cook up in their D.C. basement!
The star of this farce is Juliana Peres Magalhães, the foreign national au pair who was allegedly having an affair with Banfield. Now, she’s testifying that Banfield wanted to “get rid” of his wife. Of course she is! She cut a sweet deal with the Soros-funded District Attorney’s office to get out of prison in exchange for a false story. It’s the classic “snitch or rot” strategy used by liberal prosecutors to destroy good men. She admits she wants out of jail, but sure, let’s trust her over a man who was crying on body cam after the incident. Real tears, folks, not the fake waterworks we see from Schiff and his cronies.
And get this: the police work on this case is so corrupt it would make a banana republic blush. The defense lawyer has exposed that the lead detective, who actually did his job and found digital evidence exonerating Banfield, was transferred out of the unit. Why? Because his findings didn’t fit the narrative! He refused to fake the data, so the deep state kicked him to the curb. They want you to believe Banfield “catfished” the victim, even though the digital footprint points squarely to the au pair or the victim himself. It’s a setup, plain and simple.
Meanwhile, the blood evidence is a mess of conflicting “experts.” The prosecution is sweating bullets trying to explain why there’s no Banfield DNA on the knife. Their theory? The victim brought the knife because Banfield pretended to be his wife online. Yeah, right. Sounds totally plausible! This is a total miscarriage of justice. They’re dragging a grieving widower through the mud because he fits their profile of a “bad guy.” The jury needs to see through this façade.
