Venmo to Snitch on Your Side Hustle to the IRS, All Thanks to These New Tax Reporting “Changes”

Who will 8212 and won8217t 8212 benefit from the bigger SALT deduction1

Oh, the horror! CNN is at it again, twisting President Trump’s brilliant tax reforms into some kind of nefarious plot to undermine the IRS. As if! It’s all about cutting red tape for hardworking Americans, unlike those socialist Democrats who want to tax us into oblivion to fund their woke agenda.

So, what’s got CNN in a tizzy this time? Apparently, Trump’s tax package rolls back some of the overly stringent reporting requirements for payment apps like Venmo and raises the threshold for businesses reporting payments to contractors. CNN calls it a tax cut package, I call it a WINNING package!

You know, the Democrats tried to sneak in these rules to squeeze every last penny out of small businesses and freelancers. They want to force people into government dependency.

Now, the IRS will have less insight into how much these folks are making. CNN frets this will lead to less tax revenue because people might *gasp* underreport their income. As if honest, patriotic Americans would ever do such a thing!

The liberal media is just trying to scare you. They always claim everything Trump does is going to bankrupt the country. I say, let entrepreneurs thrive, let small businesses breathe, and let’s Make America Great Again!
