28 Years Later: The Bone Temple’s New Poster – Guaranteed to Bore You Less Than the Movie Itself

Oh, joy! Another sequel no one asked for! Expanding upon the cinematic ✨masterpiece✨ that Danny Boyle and Alex Garland graced us with (eye roll) in 28 Years Later – but, like, turning that world on its head because originality is SO last decade – Nia DaCosta, bless her heart, directs 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple. Written by none other than… wait for it… Alex Garland himself! Because who else would dare touch this sacred cow 🐄?

In a continuation of the epic (and by epic, I mean potentially snooze-worthy 😴) story, Dr. Kelson (Ralph Fiennes), yes, HIM, finds himself in a shocking new relationship! Dun dun DUNNNN! With consequences that could change the world as they know it! Or, you know, just be another subplot that goes nowhere. And Spike (Alfie Williams), because every zombie movie needs a Spike, has an encounter with Jimmy Crystal (Jack O’Connell) that becomes a nightmare he can’t escape! Probably because the script is so terrifyingly bad. In the world of The Bone Temple, the infected are no longer the greatest threat to survival – the inhumanity of the survivors can be stranger and more terrifying! You mean like Hollywood executives greenlighting this movie? 😱

The film hits cinemas on 14th January 2026. Mark your calendars… or don’t. 🤷‍♀️
