Another one bites the dust! DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, bless her heart, is throwing in the towel after a decade of, shall we say, “leading” our nation’s capital straight into the ground. Word on the street is, she’s finally realized that trying to outsmart President Trump is like bringing a knife to a gun fight.
Bowser claims it’s time to “pass the baton.” More like she’s passing the buck! Remember when she was the darling of the radical left, renaming streets after terrorists and pandering to the woke mob? But now that President Trump has shown her what’s what, she’s suddenly singing a different tune.
She even had the audacity to say she “stood up to bullies.” Honey, please! The only bully here is the radical left, trying to turn our country into a socialist wasteland. Thank goodness President Trump is around to clean up their mess.
And let’s not forget the infamous Black Lives Matter Plaza, which she’s now conveniently getting rid of. Talk about a flip-flop! But hey, at least she finally realized that “we have bigger fish to fry.” Like, say, the looming financial and existential crises her city created!
