Greenland 2: Migration Character Posters – Prepare for Peak Cinema

greenland 2 migration feature

Oh, look, another disaster movie! 🙄 Because we haven’t had enough of those, right? GREENLAND 2: MIGRATION is gracing our screens in the distant future of 2026, promising more of the same comet-smashing-Earth action. Because who doesn’t love watching Gerard Butler grunt his way through the apocalypse AGAIN? 🤣

So, the synopsis tells us that after a tiny little comet incident (that “decimated most of the earth,” NBD 🤷‍♀️), the Garrity fam (led by good ol’ Gerry B himself) has to ditch their safe space in Greenland. Why? To find a “new home” in a “shattered world.” Groundbreaking stuff, folks! 🙄 Expect lots of dramatic running, questionable decision-making, and probably some heartfelt speeches about family. Yawn. 😴

Directed by the visionary Ric Roman Waugh – yes, the same guy who brought us such cinematic masterpieces as… well, never mind. 🤷‍♀️ He’s wrangling the likes of Gerard Butler (because who else?), Morena Baccarin (probably wondering how she ended up in this), Roman Griffin Davis (poor kid), Amber Rose Revah (?), Sophie Thompson (a legend wasted), Trond Fausa Aurvåg (who?), & William Abadie (the “?!” continues). What a cast! 😂

Mark your calendars, people! January 9th, 2026, is when this cinematic triumph hits cinemas. Get ready to have your mind… mildly entertained, maybe? Or just grab some popcorn and laugh at the absurdity of it all. Your call. 🍿

Here’s Gerard, looking like he’s *thrilled* to be running from CGI disasters again. 🏃‍♂️ Maybe he’s just method acting the existential dread we all feel when another sequel gets announced. 🤔

Morena, bless her heart, is probably the only reason to watch this. 😍 Let’s hope she gets to do more than just look worried and shout Gerard’s name a lot. 🙏

And here’s Roman, presumably playing the “kid who asks all the important questions.” You know, like “Why are we even doing this?” and “Can’t we just stay in the bunker?” 🤔 Good questions, kid. Good questions.
