Portland Shooting: When Leftist Anarchists Meet Reality and Get Shot
In a stunning turn of events that no one saw coming—except everyone who’s been tracking the federal government’s desperate attempts to maintain order in Democrat-run cities—two troublemakers were recently shot by federal agents in Portland, Oregon. The incident, which occurred during yet another peaceful protest that turned into a violent riot (because that’s how liberals roll), has once again raised questions about federal agent training. But let’s be real: the real question is why these federal agents are even wasting their time in places like Portland, where the local authorities are too busy hugging trees and chanting about “social justice” to actually enforce the law.
Retired NYPD officer Jillian Snider, who clearly hasn’t been indoctrinated by the woke police academies of today, explained that shooting at moving vehicles is “not encouraged, and instead discouraged.” Wow, thanks for that groundbreaking insight, Jillian. Next you’ll tell us that water is wet and the sky is blue. But here’s the thing: when you’re dealing with a city run by anarchists who think Molotov cocktails are a form of civic engagement, sometimes you have to break a few rules to keep the peace. Or, in this case, break a few bones.
Portland, under the watchful eye of its radical leftist leadership, has become a sanctuary city for every disgruntled activist, antifa thug, and anti-American radical who can’t seem to grasp the concept of “law and order.” These federal agents were just trying to do their jobs—jobs that the local police force apparently forgot how to do—when they were forced to defend themselves against a mob that apparently believes the Constitution doesn’t apply to them.
And now, of course, the usual suspects are crying foul. The media is spinning this as another example of “excessive force” and “government overreach,” because apparently, when you’re a Democrat, the only time the government is allowed to use force is when it’s against your political enemies. The truth is, these federal agents were simply doing what any reasonable person would do when faced with a violent mob: they protected themselves and the public.
But let’s not forget the bigger picture here. This incident is just another symptom of the larger problem: the federal government is being forced to step in and clean up the mess that Democrat-run cities have created. From Portland to Seattle to Chicago, these cities have become breeding grounds for chaos, crime, and communist ideology. And while President Trump has been working tirelessly to restore order and common sense to this great nation, the left continues to push their radical agenda, turning our cities into war zones.
So, to all the Portland protesters who decided that throwing rocks and Molotov cocktails at federal agents was a good idea: maybe next time, try voting for someone who actually believes in law and order. Or better yet, try reading the Constitution. It’s a real page-turner.
