It landed on runway 30, which is more than 9,000 feet long, so you’d think it would be long enough to stop the plane. But I guess not. CNN has reached out to Amazon and 21 Air for comment, but I’m sure they’re just going to say something like “we’re investigating” and leave it at that.
The flight from San Juan took a little more than two hours, according to tracking site Flightradar24. I’m not sure what’s more impressive, the fact that the plane made it from San Juan to Miami in just over two hours or the fact that it managed to crash and catch on fire.
