The most epic movie trailer ever just dropped, and we’re not even kidding, it’s about a teacher who kidnaps a kid and locks them in her home, because, you know, that’s exactly what every parent wants to see in a movie 🤣. The movie, titled “Bad Apples”, is a comedy-thriller (because who doesn’t love a good laugh while watching a hostage situation 🤪) that follows the story of Maria, a primary school teacher who’s just trying to do her job, but one little “bad apple” is ruining everything for her. We mean, who hasn’t been there, right? 😂
So, Maria makes a few (dozen) bad decisions, and the next thing you know, she’s got a 10-year-old locked in her house, and she’s all like “oh no, what have I done? 😱”. But, as it turns out, the kid’s behavior was actually the reason the whole class was failing, and now that they’re gone, everyone’s thriving 🤩. We’re not saying that’s a great reason to kidnap someone, but hey, desperate times call for desperate measures, right? 🙄
The movie is directed by the super talented Jonatan Etzler, and it stars an amazing cast, including Saoirse Ronan, Eddie Waller, Nia Brown, Jacob Anderson, Rakie Ayola, Robert Emms, and Sean Gilder. We’re not sure what’s more impressive, the cast or the fact that the director managed to convince them all to be in a movie about a teacher who kidnaps a student 🤷♀️.
