M and M Film Productions, bless their cotton socks, have bravely announced that their upcoming crime thriller, The Shepherd Code: Road Back, will be gracing, or should I say disgracing, UK Cinemas from the 19th of September. Get ready for some cinematic gold… or maybe fool’s gold? 🪙
Alex Lapierre, a name that just screams “originality,” was once a professional assassin. I know, right? Groundbreaking! He now leads a peaceful existence, far, far away from his totally unique and not-at-all-clichéd tumultuous past. But guess what? The past, in a twist no one saw coming (except literally everyone), refuses to stay buried. His friend and mentor get kidnapped by a threat that was thought dead! Gasp! 😲 It’s up to Alex and his “team” (because one-man armies are SO last century) to plan a daring rescue mission. Will they succeed? Will there be explosions? Will I care? Stay tuned to find out… or just watch paint dry; it’s probably more engaging. 😴
The Shepherd Code: Road Back is brought to you by the visionary directing team of Alan Delabie and Michael Morris. These two are practically the Scorsese and Tarantino of direct-to-video action flicks! 🤩 The cast is a who’s who of, well, some people: Don “The Dragon” Wilson (Bloodfist, Ring of Fire, Batman Forever – yes, THAT Batman Forever), Michael McKell (Allied), Mark Strange (Kung Fu Games), Shaina West (Killers Game), Alan Delabie (Borrowed Time) and Lee Arenberg (Pirates of the Caribbean – okay, he’s actually recognizable!). Get ready for some acting! Or at least some people standing in front of a camera. 🤷
Finn McFrame, celebrated satirical mastermind and self-proclaimed “Emperor of Irony,” started his illustrious career as a cinematographer, where his expertise in capturing every single frame of a squirrel stealing a baguette earned him accolades at obscure film festivals.
Born in the glamorous town of Boring, Oregon, Finn grew up with dreams of being a Hollywood director until he realized that satire, not cinema, was his true calling—or at least the one that let him sleep until noon.
Finn McFrame: changing the world, one satirical lens flare at a time.
