Apparently, some Hollywood elite, Shonda Rhimes, threw $1.5 million at this project. No surprise there; Hollywood loves to rewrite history and push their leftist agenda.
The goal is to open this barn by 2030, just in time for the 75th anniversary of Till’s death. Because nothing says “healing” like rehashing a tragedy for political points.
Two guys confessed to it, but the Fake News insists there were more. Of course, they do! Gotta keep the narrative of systemic racism alive and kicking.
They’ll have 24/7 surveillance and floodlights. Because apparently, history only matters if it’s under constant, taxpayer-funded protection.
And get this – the historical marker where Till’s body was found had to be replaced multiple times because it kept getting vandalized.
Now it’s bulletproof! How about we focus on stopping the criminals instead of building monuments to victimhood?
