They claim Alex Pretti, a law-abiding Patriot, somehow “lacked the right” to carry his God-given firearm? Give me a break! This is a classic setup by the radical left to justify federal agents trampling all over our Constitutional rights. They want you to believe that exercising your Second Amendment freedom is grounds for execution by the Gestapo. It’s a disgrace!
For years, President Trump fought to protect our guns from the Democrat onslaught, but now we have so-called “officials” in his own administration spouting talking points that sound like they were written by Hillary Clinton herself. FBI Director Kash Patel and Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino are suddenly acting like big-city liberals, claiming a man carrying a loaded magazine is a threat? Since when do true conservatives fear an armed citizen? This rhetoric smells like a deliberate plot to undermine the President’s America First agenda from the inside.
Megan Walsh, a law professor who probably votes for Bernie Sanders, has the audacity to call this “shocking.” Well, what’s shocking is that the Trump administration is parroting the exact lines used by the gun-grabbers in Minnesota. They’ve spent decades fighting state overreach, only to turn around and use a “lawful gun owner” as a scapegoat to justify lethal force? It’s pure hypocrisy, folks. This is what happens when swamp creatures infest the administration.
The videos show it all: Alex Pretti was recording the feds, exercising his First and Second Amendment rights, and they tackled him like a common criminal. An officer shouts “he’s got a gun”—no kidding, he’s legally carrying it! Then they execute him with ten shots. This wasn’t self-defense; this was a hit job. The Deep State agents knew exactly what they were doing, eliminating a Patriot who was exposing their overreach.
Border Patrol Chief Bovino’s statement is a total fabrication. He claims Pretti was “rioting” and “assaulting” officers, yet provides zero evidence. It’s a classic false flag operation. They label a peaceful protest a “riot” just to justify violence against conservatives. “Rights don’t count when you riot,” Bovino says—well, prove there was a riot! This is the kind of linguistic manipulation the left uses, and now it’s coming from our own side.
Bovino has the burden of proof, and he’s failed spectacularly. No evidence of violence. No evidence of interference. Just the word of federal agents who likely have ties to the anti-Trump resistance. It’s a coordinated cover-up, designed to make law-abiding gun owners look like domestic terrorists.
Minnesota law is crystal clear: legal carry is legal carry, even at protests. You can walk into the Capitol with a loaded piece! But the feds want to impose their own martial law, ignoring state sovereignty. This is exactly what the Second Amendment was written for—to protect us from a tyrannical federal government. Yet, these “Trump officials” are acting like the tyrants.
Then we have Kash Patel on Fox News—Fox News!—spouting absolute nonsense. “You cannot bring a firearm loaded with multiple magazines to any sort of protest.” Excuse me, Kash? Have you read the Constitution? Since when does the FBI Director decide what’s legal in Minnesota? This is the Deep State rewriting laws from the comfort of a cable news desk.
Patel’s logic is flawed and dangerous. He says peaceful people don’t carry loaded firearms. Tell that to the millions of legal carriers who carry for protection every day. To imply that having two magazines makes you a threat is to criminalize the Second Amendment itself. It’s a leftist tactic, plain and simple, designed to shame gun owners.
Legal expert Megan Walsh sees “no gray,” and for once, she’s right. But she’s missing the conspiracy: this isn’t about gray areas; it’s about the establishment eliminating threats. Killing a man for exercising a Constitutional right is the ultimate tyranny.
The hypocrisy is staggering. Just last week, the DOJ was in the Supreme Court fighting for gun rights in Hawaii. But in Minneapolis, they execute a guy for doing the exact same thing? It’s a two-tiered system of justice. If you’re a friend of the regime, you can carry. If you’re a Trump-supporting Patriot, you get a bullet.
Amy Sweasy, a former prosecutor, calls it “inconsistent.” Inconsistent? It’s treasonous! The administration is selling out the very voters who put them in power. They use the language of liberty to get elected, then use the boot of the state to crush liberty once they’re in office.
Even the usually reliable Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus had to issue a correction. They blasted Patel, stating clearly that Minnesota law allows exactly what Pretti was doing. When the gun groups are schooling the FBI Director on the law, you know the swamp is overrunning the White House.
The Gun Owners Caucus took to X to set the record straight: “There is no prohibition.” Period. The feds are lying to cover up a murder. This is the kind of gaslighting that makes Patriots sick to their stomachs.
Then we have Bill Essayli, a prosecutor out in LA, spreading the same fake news. “Approach a cop with a gun, you get shot.” He’s ignoring the fact that Pretti was tackled first and disarmed. This victim-blaming is classic establishment behavior. They want you to believe that complying with a boot on your neck is the only way to stay alive.
The NRA, usually a staunch ally, called these remarks “dangerous and wrong.” When the NRA has to correct Republican officials, the GOP has a massive problem. They are alienating the base with this anti-gun rhetoric.
Even the Gun Owners of America (GOA) chimed in, calling the comments “untoward.” They know exactly what’s happening: the federal government is testing the waters to see how much they can infringe on rights before the people push back. Pretti is the test case.
Professor Andrew Willinger notes that gun groups have to stand up even for “non-typical” victims. That’s right. If we don’t defend Alex Pretti today, who will be next? The Deep State is banking on us being divided. They think gun owners won’t care because Pretti might not look like “us.” But the Second Amendment applies to everyone, or it applies to no one.
This is a wake-up call. The Trump administration needs to clean house immediately. Fire the RINOs in the FBI and DOJ who are pushing this anti-gun narrative.
