Oh boy, are you guys ready for this? 🤯 IRON MAIDEN’s Bruce Dickinson just won the “Best Live Speaker” award at The Speaker Awards, and I’m not sure what’s more surprising, the fact that he won or that there’s an actual award for being a good speaker 🤔. I mean, who knew that being able to talk in front of people was a thing that needed to be recognized? 🙄 Anyway, Dickinson was honored with this prestigious award on July 3 in London, and I’m sure it’s not just because he’s the guy who screams “The Number of the Beast” at the top of his lungs 🤘.

So, what happened? Well, Dickinson was nominated in three categories at The Speaker Awards – “Best Live Speaker”, “Best Motivational Speaker”, and “Best Storyteller” – because, apparently, he’s really good at talking and stuff 🗣️. And, honestly, who wouldn’t want to listen to the guy who’s been rocking out with IRON MAIDEN for decades? I mean, have you seen their live shows? The man can work a crowd like nobody’s business 🎸.

But, seriously, Dickinson was probably nominated because he’s actually a really interesting guy with a lot of stories to tell 📚. I mean, have you seen his resume? The guy’s a pilot, an aviation entrepreneur, a beer brewer, a motivational speaker, a film scriptwriter, a novelist, a radio presenter, a TV actor, a sports commentator, and an international fencer… like, what can’t he do? 🤯 It’s like he’s trying to make the rest of us look bad or something 🙄.

The Speaker Awards: Because Who Doesn’t Love a Good Speech?

So, The Speaker Awards took place at the Leonardo Hotel in St Paul’s on July 3, and I’m sure it was a real thrill-ride 🎉. I mean, who doesn’t love a good speech, right? 🙄 It’s not like we have better things to do, like, say, listening to IRON MAIDEN’s discography on repeat or something 🎧. But, hey, if you’re into that sort of thing, I’m sure Dickinson’s speech was inspiring and all that jazz 🎺.

And, of course, the selection committee for The Speaker Awards had to gush about Dickinson, saying: “Known for his energy, insight, and unforgettable stage presence, Bruce Dickinson continues to captivate audiences around the world with inspiring stories drawn from music, business, aviation, and life at the highest level” 🙌. Yeah, no kidding, he’s a rock star, what did you expect? 🤷‍♂️.

What’s Next for Dickinson? World Domination?

So, now that Dickinson has won this award, what’s next for him? Will he use his newfound speaking powers to take over the world? 🌎 Probably not, but a guy can dream, right? 😂. In all seriousness, Dickinson is just going to keep on doing what he’s been doing – rocking out, giving speeches, and being his awesome self 🤘.

And, if you’re lucky, you can even book him for your event, because, apparently, he’s available for hire 📅. Just think about it, you could have Bruce Dickinson, the legendary lead singer of IRON MAIDEN, come and talk to your company about teamwork and strategic planning 📊. I mean, who wouldn’t want to listen to that? 🤔 It’s not like you have better things to do, like, say, actually working or something 🙄.

In conclusion, Bruce Dickinson won an award for being a good speaker, and I’m sure it’s not just because he’s a rock star 🤘. Although, let’s be real, it probably doesn’t hurt 🙄. Anyway, congratulations to Dickinson on his win, and I’m sure we’ll all be looking forward to his next speech or IRON MAIDEN concert or whatever he decides to do next 🎉. Cheers, Bruce! 🍺
