So, Battlefield 6, the supposed savior of FPS games (yeah, right 🙄), launched this week to, like, a surprisingly positive reception. Critics gave it an 83 on Metacritic? Are they being paid off? 🤔 The Steam reviews are “Very Positive”? Okay, EA definitely bought those. 39,000 reviews? That’s, like, a whole lotta bots! 🤖🤖🤖Alinea Analytics (whoever THEY are) claims it’s sold 6.5 million units. Yeah, and I’m the Queen of England. 👑 Most copies were “sold on PC”? So, everyone’s rocking a NASA-level PC now? 🚀😂
This “report” also claims Battlefield 6 made over $350 million in just five days. That’s enough money to buy a small island 🏝️ and rename it “EA Fanboy Island.” I bet the CEO is swimming in a pool of gold coins right now. 💰💰💰Good for them, I guess. NOT!
Apparently, the PS5 version sold 1.5 million units, and Xbox Series consoles sold 1.2 million. Who cares? Console peasants! 🤣 PC master race is where it’s at, or so they want you to believe. The report says most units were sold on Steam because the game was “unplayable” on the EA Play launcher. LOL! 😂 Classic EA. Can’t even launch their own game properly. Vince Zampella (who?) supposedly told people to refund on EA and buy it on Steam. Sounds like damage control to me. 🚨
