Another day, another activist judge trying to undermine President Trump’s efforts to MAGA! This time, a deep-state operative in Illinois (surprise!) has ordered the release of hundreds of illegals arrested during Operation Midway Blitz. Seems like these folks in the “National Immigration Justice Center” and the ACLU are more concerned with open borders than American citizens’ safety. Probably funded by Soros, I bet.
This Judge Jeffrey Cummings, likely a Biden appointee from way back when, sided with the radical left’s claim that arresting THOUSANDS of illegals is somehow “unlawful.” Unlawful? Last time I checked, trespassing wasn’t exactly legal. But hey, when have facts ever mattered to the liberal elite?
They have to be released by November 21st, unless they magically disappear or are deported before then. The lawyer Mark Fleming even whined that over a thousand illegals “gave up” fighting their cases and voluntarily left the country! Cry me a river, snowflake. That’s called self-deportation, and it’s a WIN for America.
Of course, the Fake News CNN is trying to paint Border Patrol official Gregory Bovino as some kind of villain for actually doing his job. Imagine, enforcing the law! The horror!
Tensions are “high” over “racial profiling” (code for: enforcing immigration laws) and “constitutional rights” (which apparently now extend to people who aren’t even supposed to be here). They even shed crocodile tears over some daycare teacher, Diana Galeano, who was arrested by ICE. Maybe she should have thought about the children she was supposed to be caring for before breaking the law.
This is what happens when you let liberal judges run wild. They put the rights of illegal aliens over the safety and security of American citizens. Thankfully, President Trump is fighting back against this nonsense. Let’s hope he throws this ruling into the trash where it belongs!
