They formed in the UK back in 1978, during the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal scene, and have been rocking out ever since. They’re often associated with their buddies in Motörhead, and have had a pretty successful career, all things considered. So, Girlschool’s been around for over 40 years, and they’ve had their fair share of ups and downs.
