The Nameless Ballad 3

Oh boy, are you guys ready for some seriously spooky stuff? 🎃👻 Because I’ve got the scoop on the most epic horror movie premiere of the year – The Nameless Ballad! 🎶👺 It’s like, this super cool film by Federico Zampaglione (you know, the guy who made Shadow and The Well 🤔) and it’s going to make its world premiere at Tubi FrightFest 2026 in London 🇬🇧 on August 29th! 📆 Mark your calendars, folks, because this is going to be a wild ride 🎢!

So, The Nameless Ballad is about this British musician, Sam Gallo (played by Jamie Ward 🎸), who’s struggling with a bad case of writer’s block and an even worse addiction to prescription meds 🤕. He heads back to the Italian countryside where he spent his summer vacations as a kid, hoping to find some inspiration and get his creative juices flowing again 🍹. But, things take a dark turn when he starts encountering some seriously creepy supernatural entities that feed on his fears and anxieties 🤖. It’s like, what’s real and what’s just his imagination? 🤯

The film also stars Alana Boden (from Mr. Selfridge and I Am Elizabeth Smart 📺) as Sam’s partner, Tania, who gets drawn into this vortex of horror 🌪️. And, let’s not forget the rest of the cast, including Giglia Marra, Fabrizio Ferracane, Seumas Sargent, Reed Stokes, Mia Desando, Vincenzo De Michele, and Sergio Ceglie 🎬. It’s like, a whole crew of talented people coming together to bring you the most epic horror movie of the year 🎥!

Federico Zampaglione, the director, is super stoked to have his film premiering at FrightFest, and he’ll be there with the cast and crew to meet the fans 🤗. He says, “I’m very happy for my latest film to have its world premiere at FrightFest, a festival I love, and I will be there, with the cast and crew, to meet the fans. Although this film is deeply rooted in the supernatural, this is probably my most personal film to date, because it is inspired by my work as a musician and singer” 🎸. Aww, how sweet 🤗!

The Nameless Ballad is a SOMIC FILM production, directed by Federico Zampaglione, and written by Federico Zampaglione and Barbara Baraldi 📝. The cinematography is by Yuri Santurri 📸, and it’s being distributed worldwide by Italian production and distribution company Minerva Pictures 🌎.

Tubi FrightFest 2026 is going to be a five-day celebration of all things horror and fantasy 🎃, with The Nameless Ballad being one of the main events 🎉. It’s going to be a wild ride, folks, so buckle up and get ready for some serious scares 🎢! And, if you’re feeling brave, you can check out the trailer and some sneak peeks of the film 🎥.
