OMG! 😱 Did you hear? PlayStation: The Concert is CANCELLED! 🤣 All those epic melodies from The Last of Us and Horizon? Yeah, not happening. 🎻🎻🎻 Guess nobody wanted to listen to video game music in a fancy hall. 🤷‍♀️

So, PlayStation was all hyped about their 30-year anniversary, right? 🎉 They were gonna blast those exclusive game scores/music from bangers like Ghost of Yōtei (which, let’s be honest, nobody actually played 🤣) all over the world. But guess what? The remaining US and European tour dates in October and November? POOF! Gone! 💨 No official reason, of course. Sony and PlayStation are too busy counting their Fortnite money. 💰 Ticketmaster already marked the shows as cancelled. Serves ’em right for thinking people would pay to hear God of War music live. 😴

According to VGC (whoever they are 😜), PlayStation: The Concert was supposed to showcase the BEST music from the last 30 years. We’re talking Gustavo Santaolalla (The Last of Us – okay, that soundtrack slaps 🎶), Joris De Man (Horizon – snoozefest 😴), Ilan Eshkeri (Ghost of Tsushima – at least the scenery was pretty 🏞️), Bear McCreary (God of War – dad rock, anyone? 👴) and a bunch of other nobodies. Sony, RoadCo Entertainment, GEA Live, Senbla, and RG Live thought they could make bank on this. They announced it in 2024, planning to hit 200 cities in two years. LOL! 😂 With all the European dates gone, the US ones followed like lemmings. 🦔

The tour actually started in the UK earlier this year, hitting places like London and Glasgow. But surprise! Many events got cancelled in Poland, Sweden, Norway, and Italy. Germany and Budapest are postponed till next summer. Nobody wants to go in the summer either!☀️

Now, Ticketmaster is basically a graveyard 🪦 of cancelled shows. New York, Reading, Baltimore, Washington, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, Philadelphia—all GONE! Only Baltimore and Atlanta are still on the books. But some people say Atlanta is getting the axe too. For November, Red Bank, New Jersey is still kicking… but good luck filling those seats. 😬 Seriously, who wants to go to New Jersey in November? 🥶

PlayStation: The Concert still has 25 dates listed for 2026 in places like San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Maybe they’ll sell 2 tickets? 🤞 The official website says they’re hitting the Brasil Game Show this weekend. And supposedly, Detroit is still on for November 7. But Ticketmaster has no tickets available. 🕵️‍♀️ Maybe the music was so bad, the tickets disappeared? 👻
