And it’s not just her. CNN, the champion of fake news, is pushing the narrative that hordes of disgruntled former federal employees are rising up to challenge Republicans. Boo-hoo! Evans even invokes her grandfather, a Black Panther-style protester at the 1968 Olympics, as inspiration. Of course! Because comparing Trump’s America to the civil rights struggles of the ’60s is totally rational.
