The author of the original article decided to try the soda with his daughter, who has never seen a Scream film and is only vaguely aware of Ghost Face as a Halloween costume that freaked her out. They shared a can and recorded their reaction, because what’s more fun than drinking a potentially disgusting soda with a horror movie villain on the can?
The Taste Test
The result? The soda is actually delicious, with a sweet and tangy berry combo that reminds the author of Minute Maid grape punch. The unnatural purple color of the soda was a bit of a shock, but it ended up being a hit with the author, his daughter, and even his wife, who wasn’t on camera.
