Soulfly still exists somehow and is touring with Nailbomb in 2026

soulfly band

Oh boy, are you guys ready for some epic news? 🤯 I just spilled my beer all over my shirt because I’m so stoked to announce that SOULFLY is hitting the road this fall! 🎉 I mean, who needs a social life when you can spend your weekends in a sweaty mosh pit, right? 🤷‍♂️ The band is set to embark on a 25-date U.S. tour, kicking off with a featured festival appearance at Louder Than Life, and I’m already imagining the chaos that will ensue. 🤯

The tour will showcase brand-new tracks like “Favela Dystopia”, “No Pain = No Power”, “Chama”, and “Storm The Gates”, alongside the classic anthems that have long united the SOULFLY tribe. Because, you know, what’s a SOULFLY show without a few hundred people screaming “Roots Bloody Roots” at the top of their lungs? 🎤 I’m pretty sure I’ve already lost my voice just thinking about it.

The Lineup is Lit 🔥

Joining SOULFLY on this sonic demolition is cult-favorite industrial sludge/crust punk outfit NAILBOMB. Because, you know, the world was just missing a band that’s been dormant since the ’90s. 🙄 Formed in 1993 as the legendary side project of former SEPULTURA and current SOULFLY frontman Max Cavalera and Alex Newport, NAILBOMB is crawling out of the vault to join the sonic demolition. I’m not sure what’s more surprising, the fact that NAILBOMB is back or that they’re not playing a one-off reunion show at a festival in Europe. 🤔

Rounding out the tour is the brutal reality of Richie Cavalera’s INCITE. Since forming in 2004, the band has continually raised the bar, evolving through lineup shifts into a modern thrash powerhouse. Their highly acclaimed new single, “Just A Rat” (from “Savage New Times”), has already penetrated the metal world with the exact sonic grip fans have been waiting for. I’m pretty sure I’ve already added it to my “songs to mosh to” playlist. 🤟

But wait, there’s more! 🤯 The tour will also feature a rare appearance by NAILBOMB, because who doesn’t love a good ol’ fashioned reunion? 🙌 I mean, it’s not like they’re just doing it for the money or anything… 😏

Get Ready to Mosh 🤯

This is a rare, legendary gathering of the Cavalera legacy. Don’t miss SOULFLY teamed with the explosive INCITE and a rare appearance by NAILBOMB. I’m not sure what’s more exciting, the fact that SOULFLY is touring or that I get to use the phrase “Cavalera legacy” in a sentence. 🤓 General admission tickets for the tour go on sale July 15 at 10 a.m. local time, so set those alarms and get ready to throw your money at the screen. 💸

SOULFLY’s thirteenth album, “Chama”, came out on October 24, 2025 via Nuclear Blast Records. I’m pretty sure I’ve already listened to it at least 12 times, and I’m still not tired of it. 🎧 Last fall, SOULFLY completed the “Favela Dystopia” 2025 West Coast tour with GO AHEAD AND DIE. The 17-date trek launched on November 1, 2025 in Roswell and concluded on November 23 in Flagstaff. I’m not sure what’s more impressive, the fact that they toured with GO AHEAD AND DIE or that they managed to play 17 shows without killing each other. 🤣

In conclusion, if you’re a fan of SOULFLY, NAILBOMB, or just want to experience a sonic demolition, then this tour is for you! 🎉 Don’t miss out on the chance to see these legends live and in person. And if you do miss out, don’t worry, I’m sure they’ll just reunite again in a few years and do it all over again. 😂
